Enable or Disable Security

Choosing this option allows the administrator to enable or disable

security.

Using the keyboard or mouse:

1. Select the Enable or Disable Security option from the

Administrative Options menu.

A dialog box is displayed with the message:

Would you like to enable security?

2. Respond with a Y or N and press ENTER, or click the desired

response with the mouse.

Choosing Y enables the security system in the firmware

(security? = true). Choosing N disables the security system in

the firmware (security?= false).
